Sweet, was overdue for a @Ask_Spectrum internet outage! Good thing all my devices and lights are controlled through smart outlets and are now stuck on as I go to bed. And my entertainment options are all dependent too. My brain will never let me sleep without distraction!

In my @GetSpectrum bill this week I was advised that my discount period is ending and my bill will be increasing next month. Seems like #BadTiming, especially since I've been a faithful TWC/Spectrum customer for at least 25 years...

Do not switch your cell phone over to @GetSpectrum. They have terrible customer service and don’t know what they are doing. I’m stuck without a phone until maybe Monday but could be longer because they don’t know how to port. Spectrum is trash

@GetSpectrum cant afford any upgrades so hope it just a tower thing but I have video meetings this week so I hope it does not go out again love @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum but I hope it does not get like the last company service we had where the internet/wifi kept going on & off

If you have a Mac, do yourself a favor and NEVER install Charter @GetSpectrum Security Suite. It slowed my Mac down and considerable increased load times for applications. And it was not easy to remove. Almost like a virus. @Ask_Spectrum fix your 💩.
