@Windstream 2 days without internet at our business. 2 hours on the phone with offshore technical support. We are now to our 3rd scheduled technician but the first 2 didn’t show. @PatrickFlannery we need other options

@Windstream @Ask_Spectrum If you offer service in Oswego County NY and don't have exorbitant installation fees let me know. I want to give up Spectrum and switch providers. I must have Internet service. I'll get phone svc too as long as it's reasonable. Thanks.

@GoKineticHome @Windstream Thank you for responding. I will be in the office, in person, Monday morning to get this mess resolved. Trying to fix this mess on the phone & the app has only made things worse. I am about ready to disconnect my service & never go with windstream internet again!!

@Windstream Ive tried calling 2x to get you to fix a wire that is hanging in our yard. I can't even get somebody that speaks English well, let alone the fact that I'm not a customer, so it's nearly impossible to speak to a human. Your wire can just snap in half for all I care.

I think the remaining 20 - 30 minute wait time is how @Windstream hopes to convince us not to cancel our service. On the other hand, the call today was answered, so that's a win. We're moving up the chain of people to the one who can actually help, we hope.

@Windstream how can your technical service support not be able to schedule a technician, when support says I need a technician??Seriously have to wait for a call????

So we called up last night and-are you ******* serious? your technician failed to install the proper equipment on our line, so basically our signal was so unprotected that when the outage hit, it actually entirely killed our signal and now it has to be fixed@Windstream

@GoKineticHome Your finance department is HORRIBLE. Ya'll send an account to collection and when it gets paid off you REFUSE to give your customers a fax number to send pay off information too. How bout a little help.

@GoKineticHome @Windstream DM sent. Please have this looked into as three days for what is probably a simple line cut is not acceptable. I’ve seen bad cuts taking down an entire coast resolved within hours.
