We are seeking an experienced part-time marketing coordinator who is available between 18-24 hours per week to support our marketing department. This position is hybrid with regular on-site work in our Montpelier, VT office.
What you'll do:
Assist the Marketing & Communications Director with all marketing efforts, including creating consistency with materials across offices, creating graphic designs, preparing marketing documents and advertisem*nts, video editing, content management, social media, SEO, and data entry in database.
Assist with marketing Fountains Land real estate properties, including creating property marketing reports, designing advertisem*nts, email marketing, maintaining files, ensuring real estate laws and regulations are met, record keeping, and database entry.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or a related combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience in the real estate industry extremely beneficial.
A highly motivated and creative self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and works well in a team environment.
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, and a CRM.
Experience creating high-quality graphics, print collateral, presentations, and digital content.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent time management skills.
Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines.
Ability to flexibly adapt to fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
