About The PositionJOB SUMMARY:

Spearhead the technical team in the fields and make an impact by coordinating between customer needs and Product / R&D workplan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs work in accordance with all safety procedures and policies, as well as meets all company corporate requirements related to safety.
• Maintains a good attendance record to ensure that there is no interruption to production or services to our customers.
• Works safely in accordance with company’s safety program requirements.
• Wears all required personal protective equipment.
• Support customers and provide creative technical solutions while making an impact on the
• R&D & Product roadmap.
• Deploy BWR products from cloud infrastructure.
• Install and monitor different network systems deployed in customer premises.
• Deploy & install Linux based systems and administrate them.
• Be accountable for training & knowledge sharing across company team.
• Work night / day shifts according to the client’s changing schedule and needs
• Flexibility in hours and ability to work as a remote team with the Israel R&D team
• Represents the company in a professional, respectful manner.
• Other duties as assigned

The payscale for this position is $70k to $120kREQUIREMENTS:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be flexible with schedule; able to work weekends

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or GED. Additional studies a plus, but not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.

Transportation RequirementsCompany will provide transportation when applicable, however reliable transportation is a must. Mileage reimbursem*nt policy does apply for personal vehicle use.

Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard reimbursem*nt rate set by the Internal Revenue Service. This reimbursem*nt is not effective for the use of company owned vehicle usage.

WORK HOUR EXPECTATIONS:

Must be flexible and able to adapt to last minute scheduling changes. Nature of the business in the Agricultural industry may vary due to various circ*mstances such as weather, or other unforeseen events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and /or humid conditions when working outdoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The ground of the outdoor work area can be dusty, wet, and/or muddy. Comfortable work boots are recommended.
